The South Projects are located in and around the industrial city of Torreon', Coahuila, Mexico. Emmanuel Ministries in Juarez is always the first stop.  Aside from the volunteer resources that live there, it's a chance to catch up with Josue and take advantage of his inspiration and blessings on the projects.
