Building Endcaps

Like fascia boards, end caps are nice to add if we have the time, but are sometimes completed by the local volunteers after we've completed the bulk of the project.  At some point they usually cover the end caps with plaster and paint it to match the rest of the building.

This is a repeat, but I can't say it enough:  One of the lasting benefits of these projects is teaching the volunteers some of these construction basics. Unfortunately, we can only get down about once a year, but with these skills under their belts, they can apply their 'pay it forward' enthusiasm toward other church and community projects, and even their own neighborhood homes and business buildings.

It's incredibly inspiring to return year after year and see many of the same faces, as well as improvements on buildings we've worked on before. These folks LOVE to show us the progress of their handywork, and we couldn't be more proud to see them spread it around!
