Part Cutting - 1

The pattern parts are finalized, so here we're marking and cutting all the pieces needed for our 'assembly line'.  The longer pieces require a couple makeshift saw horses, while the smaller pieces can be handled with a chop saw.

I want to mention here that there is A LOT more activity here than pictured.  The dedicated local volunteers are invaluable help for all the tasks you don't see - like carrying the lumber to and from the cutting area, setting the parts around the template for easy access...always ready to do whatever is needed.
